Does the WP GA4 Pro license allow you to exclude orders by Magento order status?

The issue at hand is that we frequently encounter high-value orders being 'purchased' using bank transfer as the payment method. Subsequently, the individual sees the thank-you page or order confirmation page (triggering conversions). However, these customers fail to complete their bank transfers. Can this be fixed with this feature? Specifically, does it operate solely based on Magento 2 order status?
