How can I alphabetize the products menu?

I am on Magento 2.2.5 and my menu currently looks like this- http://wolfautomation.jetrails.cloud Why can't I change the order to be alphabetized?

  You can achieve this by ordering the Categories in Magento admin alphabetically. By doing this, you will also order the links in the navigation menu. A good example is the 'Theme Features' category from Pearl Demo Store:  http://pearl.weltpixel.com
