Magento Comunity 2.4.5-p1 - Quick Cart 1.11.11 not working

Ive installed: pearl_theme_for_magento_2_open_source_v1.11.11_professional_pack.zip on a new magento 2.4.5-p1  installation, added some test products and the QuickCart is not working.

Ive did a quick debug and looks like: 

app/code/WeltPixel/QuickCart/view/frontend/templates/cart/minicart.phtml 

is not loading this html template: app/code/WeltPixel/QuickCart/view/frontend/web/template/minicart/content.html

(based on this xml configuration: app/code/WeltPixel/QuickCart/view/frontend/layout/weltpixel_quickcart_sidebar.xml)

  Add the patches from the theme zip folder that are for Magento 2.4.3 and check again

  We adquired PearlTheme: pearl_theme_for_magento_2_open_source_v1.11.11_professional_pack.zip

  I've applied these patch files: 

  --------

  Magento 2.4.0-2.4.3 % find . -type file

  ./app/code/WeltPixel/SocialLogin/view/frontend/web/js/slreferer.js

  ./app/code/WeltPixel/SocialLogin/lib/Google/Model.php

  ./app/code/WeltPixel/SocialLogin/lib/Google/Collection.php

  ./app/code/WeltPixel/SpeedOptimization/view/frontend/requirejs-config.js

  -------

  also tested with luma theme, and Im getting same error
