Preconditions (Magento version, WeltPixel Theme / Extension version) b. Steps to reproduce reported behaviour on a Magento environment without extensions/custom code that could alter default Magento functionality c. Expected result d. Actual result. Use screenshots where necessary. #4 (Optional) Magento admin URL and credentials where the issue can be investigated.

By submitting this ticket I confirm the answer is not found in the Knowledge Base. WeltPixel support operations are 24/5, over weekends and public holidays we check in on tickets for any urgent issues, but otherwise, we'll respond once we're back at work during business days from 6AM to 3PM (GMT 0.0) in the order the tickets were received.
