GA4 plugin for Magento 2 issue - Purchase event is not triggered

Hi, 

We have succesfully installed the plugin into our Magento 2.4.3 store and the dataLayer is showing properly the data, except into the success page, where the purchase event is missing.

How we can solve this issue?

Our GA4 plugin ver is 1.10.17

The dataLayer shows only this data:

1. (4) [{…}, {…}, {…}, {…}, push: ƒ]
1. 0: {gtm.start: 1678819199513, event: 'gtm.js', gtm.uniqueEventId: 1}

4. 3: {event: 'gtm.load', gtm.uniqueEventId: 8}
5. push: ƒ ()
6. length: 4
7. [[Prototype]]: Array(0)

  Make sure you have the last version 1.11.17 installed and check again if the issue persists.

  Hi,

  We have installed the 1.11.19 version of the GA4 plugin and the issue remains. We are receiving a purchase label, instead of the proper item label which is expected.

  How we can address the issue? In our GA4 analytics, we can track the user behavior, but not the sales, which is the most relevant metric.
