Hello, good afternoon. How are you? We purchased the "Google Analytics 4 (GA4) PRO With GTM Support Magento 2" module for our Magento 2.4.6, and we configured it according to the documentation. However, we are getting conversions from canceled orders.

  Hi, 

  Please make sure to use the latest version of the "Google Analytics 4 (GA4) PRO With GTM Support Magento 2" which is 1.12.5 at this point, because this issue was fixed on a previous release.

  After the upgrade, if you are still having issues, please submit a ticket with details about your flow. You might have a specific flow or use case that needs to be addressed.
