Slider pro on Desktop is showing mobile banner

I am using Slider Pro on my website, and I have uploaded two different banners for mobile devices and desktops. The problem we are facing is that on desktop devices it's showing the size of the mobile banner which is 300x600. does anyone face the same issue?

  There have not been similar reports of bugs within this extension that would cause this behavior.

  To begin with, please ensure you're using the latest version of the Owl Carousel & Banner Slider extension. The current latest release is 1.11.21 from the 9th of January, 2024. If the issues persist on the latest release, please open up a ticket with our Support Team with the steps required in order to reproduce the problem and they'll help you out.
