Plugin class WeltPixel\Backend\Plugin\ScopeConfig doesn't exist

Hi, 

So I have download and installed the latest version of Weltpixels_SocialLogin Module.. 
After the successfull command run it gives the error on the website and unfortunately the site breaks. 

Here is the error it shows
Plugin class WeltPixel\Backend\Plugin\ScopeConfig doesn't exist 

My magento store version: 2.4.6-p2
Weltpixels Backend Module version: "1.11.21",

Weltpixels SocialLogin version: "1.11.21"

Even tried on the fresh vanilla instance of 2.4.6-p2. Still not works!

Would be thankful for the earliest response from your end if its a bug please provide a patch or FIX.

  We haven't received similar reports from other users of the Social Login extension, or any other extension for that matter.

  The problem seems to be that there are files missing from your installation, so you should start by ensuring there are no failed transfers when uploading the extension files to your server. If there are, make sure you reset and requeue them all, so as to be certain they make it to their required locations.

  You should also make sure your store is in developer mode when installing the extension. Similarly, if you've checked and are sure the files are there, you should try to redeploy the environment's static content with the following command:

  php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy (use the -f parameter if running the command in developer mode)

  Try changing the permissions of weltpixel folders to read & write.
