Using Google Analytics 4 Magento Extension with SubDomain and Multi Website Set-Up

I am setting up the Google Analytics 4 Ecommerce extension on a new Magento 2 Commerce build.  We are using a multi website set-up within a single Magento instance.  We will use the same domain with different subdomains for each country's 'website' and some other 'websites' will have a different domain.

We would like to have different GA4 properties for each subdomain with each property having a separate 'view' for staging and live websites.

I attach a diagram showing how this will look in both Magento and GA4 as it's a lot easier than explaining it in text.

Please can Weltpixel (or a Weltpixel expert) advise if such a set up is possible using the GA4 Extension and, if so, direct me to instructions of how I would set this up in the Weltpixel extension admin within Magento admin?

  This extension is multi-store ready and you can set a different GTM container for each store-view to achieve your goal. The process is quite straight forward, all you have to do is go to extension settings in Magento Admin, switch to each store view, and configure the extension as needed.
