GA4 product position in search

Is there a way to track what position a product appears in specific searches? For example, when a customer searches "mens shirts" I want to know what position the product "Men's Polo" appears for that search. I'm working to track the progress of an new search algorithm and looking for ways to track this type of data. 

I can see "items clicked in list" and "items viewed in list" but I don't see how I can use that in GA4 to achieve my needs.
