Lazy load V.1.9.0 not working on iphone 8 with Mangento 2.3.1 php 7.1

I am using the latest release of Pearl Pro Pack v.1.9.0 and found that the Lazy load V.1.9.0 is  not working on iphone 8 with Mangento 2.3.1 php 7.1.

Lazy load is not loading, instead page numbers appear at the end of each page. And when clicking on the page number or the next arrow, the page keeps running and never loads, refresh the page and then the new page shows up.

But the lazy load works on my Samsung Galaxy 8 phone on Android without any issues

Anyone experiencing the same issue? Can anyone help please?
