CMS BLOCK SCHEDULER module annual options

Feature request:
The CMS block scheduler would be much more useful if it had an annual repeat option.  This way the developer can create blocks for various seasons and annual events such as sales and the site owner doesn't need to mess with updating the schedules every year for each CMS block.

  The UI for this could simply have a checkbox to make the schedule annual.  Another option is if you don't specify a year on the schedule but just enter a day and month, that would make it annual.
  
  This feature would make this module much more powerful.  Thanks for taking the time to listen to my feature request.
