Ajax Issue - Layered nabigation (free 1.9.1)

Hi I'm on Magento 2.3.2.  I installed the Layered Navigation and all is well until I switch on the layered navigation. If I click a filter I get the Ajax spinning circle of death. The console error message is:

There are no rewrites in the custom module.
