Advance Category Sorting -- Top Rated / Most Reviewed

Hello, we installed the WeltPixel Advance Category Sorting extension. We're trying to figure out how the Top Rated / Most Reviewed works. We use BazaarVoice for reviews and it doesn't seem to integrate with the Welt Pixel extension, because when we select Top Rated, the first products that come up are random and have no reviews. Same with Most Reviewed.
