Unable to save configuration

Hello,

 

I have the Welt Pixel Enhanced Ecommerce Add-on for Magento 2 free version. The basic Google Tag Manager configuration itself is not getting saved. I am only enabling GTM, adding the JS and non-JS code pieces as given by Google Tag Manager and the success page string.

I have version 1.9.2 of the Add-on. What needs to be done to get the basic configuration in place?

  That's strange. We haven't had any similar reports from other Google Tag Manager module users. At first glance, it sounds like the module may have not been installed properly. I'd advise a reinstallation, also making sure you've used the correct set of extension files for your Magento version. There are two sets, one for M2.0.x - 2.2.x and one for M2.3.x. Using the wrong set of files can cause issues! 

  If anyone else has experienced similar issues, feel free to share the details, and the steps to take to replicate those so we can investigate!
