Error while installation OWL carousel

I have downloaded the carousel and theme slider free extension from Magento market place. After download the zip I only get composer file in it. So I tried to install extension using Magento setup wizard but everytime it gives PHP dependencies error that extension not compatible with PHP 7.2

  Try getting the latest version of the extension from our website: https://www.weltpixel.com/owl-carousel-and-slider.html you should not experience the php compatibility issue.
