What about mobile pagespeed improvements?

Google keeps acting crazy
We've spent lots of hours trying to improve the mobile ranking @ pagespeedinsights 
Redis, Varnish, all the google recommendations.
Now we get 68-70 points for desktop, but ***ing 18-20 points for mobile.

The problem is sure thing with js and css minification.

Today I've spent 8 hours with FED trying to set up critical.css 
I'm really tired of all that **it!

Any suggestions on how to get that 50+ points for mobile? Without that, we can not run google ads.
I like Pearl theme, Really
But we've spent so much time on all that... it seems it was easier to order a personal theme from the scratch

  Any chance you have plans to add managing the critical.css as a part of the optimization module?

  StanKey yes, critical.css is something that we are going to address in a future release as part of the Speed Optimization module and the Pearl Theme.

  Really appreciate
  Currently, I've disabled half of modules but maximum that I've achieved is 40 for mobile
  I hate Google Ads and Pagespeed
  :)
  
  Does anyone know what number of points for mobile @pagespeed  is enough to start an ads compaign?
