Tool tip image not displaying properly

Hello, 

we are experiencing an issue that we hope you may be able to help with. We have installed magento 2.3.0 and Pearl, version 1.8.4 (we know the current version is 1.9.4). 

On our product page, upon hovering the blue "i" button a tooltip would show up and a product image would be displayed inside the tooltip. The image shows up fine in Catalog-Product options templates. However not on our website product page. Please see pic attached.

Any ideas? Any help is greatly appreciated.
