Lazy Loading is slow to load

Please describe the WeltPixel lazy Loading feature as I've installed it but entire pages are loading at once and not providing sufficient time savings according to Google Page Speed Insights. Shouldn't the Lazy Load  feature load rows of products for sale one row at a time?
