Speed Optimization extension and CDN

Hi,

we have the Magento 2.3.4, Cloudfront CDN and Pearl Theme 1.9.5.

Everything works correctly, we have no mistakes, CDN speeds up everything.

But if we set "Speed Optimization General Settings" = yes,
  some resources are inaccessible. E.g. minicart/content.html and you cannot view the minicart.

The behavior is as follows:

If we have a resource created by Speed Optimization extension such as 'text! minicart/content.html', the script tag load for 'minicart/content.html.js'.

Do you have experience with it why? Is this a problem in Cloudfront? If so, what do you recommend Cloudfront and server settings?
