Sticky Header becomes half transparent after update to 1.9.6

Hi 

I have a Magento CE 2.2.10 installation using Pearl Starter pack. After updating to the latest version, my sticky header is now half transparent. The menu is usable, just very unusual looking now. 

Does anyone else have this same issue, is it a new feature to allow the sticky header to be transparent?

  same here, magento 2.3.4

  furthermore the Layered Navigation Pro, Sidebar style "Slide In" is not working properly. After filter selection the page get frozen (tested with Chrome & EDGE). Only after a page refresh the page is a further navigation possible.
