less not generating CSS properly

How I can identify what LESS files are not generating CSS especially navigation. 
after completion of the CSS & LESS, it's showing weltpixels CSS for navigation

  I have followed the same thing which you are shared with me but still, I am facing the LESS issue.
  
  
  For Example 
  
  I want https://pearl.weltpixel.com/v7/beaumont-summit-kit.html same product page in my site and I have made all the changes from Admin
  Admin > weltpixel > product page and select product_v3 and all required changes the same as theme configuration. 
  after that, I cleared cache  and generated Less from admin "cache management" option
  
  Output 
  Page layout changes but CSS did not reflect the same as the theme.
