The extension has an option to move JS files to the bottom of the page, yes. If you find that there are any scripts that do not need to be moved, however, they can be excluded from this process via a field included in the extension settings.

The extension does not bundle JS files from 3rd party sources by default. The bundling process, out of the box, only bundles the default Magento JS files. The module can be extended to include other JS files that you'd like to add, however, via a simple process described in the documentation and on the Product Page at this link, under the Using a Custom JS Bundling File section: https://www.weltpixel.com/magento-2-speed-optimization-advanced-js-bundling.html
