WeltPixel Theme 10.0 Update - Cron Job Performance Impact

We run Magento 2.3.5-p2 CE on Ubuntu (4GB RAM, 2 Core), Nginx, Percona along with Redis. We also use WeltPixel Professional Pack.
After installing the very recent Theme update (August 2020 - v 10.0) along with all extensions, we are seeing some performance impact with Cron Schedules which ultimately crashes server every 3-4 hours after the cron get piled up. This has been confirmed by our server management partner but I don't know about the relationship between theme, included extensions and Cron/Database.
The other issue that we have noticed is MageWorx SEOSuite's pagination option does not work on WeltPixel Theme. All pages for a category except Page 1 and 2 become unresponsive/unclickable.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Strange. We've had no similar reports from other users of the theme related to negative interactions with the Cron Job. I can recommend making sure you're always using the most up to date version of the theme, though. In this case, it's version 1.10.1 from the 22nd of October.
