Magento 2 Layered Navigation Ajax Filter with Multi Select
Hello,
When we search, the results come all and dont match with pagination counter. I have setup pagination counter 12, but search results come more than of 12.

That's strange. We've not received similar reports from other users of this extension and have tested this out on our own environments without being able to reproduce the behavior.
If there's anyone else that is facing this issue and has the steps required to take in order to reproduce it, feel free to let us know in the comments and we'll definitely give that another go!
It's possible this is related to a conflict with a different extension you have on the store that actions around the same area of the Magento instance. A good troubleshooting method is to try to disable your 3rd party extensions and see if the issue is resolved. If it is, you can start enabling them one by one to see which one is causing the functionality to break!
