asking for tips: deploying css changes in admin to Production server

Hi there...

slowly grasping how to work with WeltPixel.
Having this scenario:

multi store site, each with personalized child theme based on Pearl

multiple server setups - localhost, sandbox, dev, uat, production

Some css customizations are within the less files in the code of each theme, but some modifications are made in WeltPixel admin pages...

So every time I change these, I have to go from through every admin page, for every store and be certain that the changes are made on every server as we go through the deployment process...

So! I'm asking for a better way to make these changes in admin for WeltPixel css

(i.e admin > Stores > Configuration > WeltPixel > Frontend options > Default Buttons > Hover Text Color)

using Magento 2.3.3
