JavaScript & AJAX Issues of Latest Theme in 2.3.5 version

I am facing a strange issue with Pearl Theme on Magento 2.3.5 related to JavaScript, AJAX & CSS. Many elements are appearing together and mess the UI. The issue can be seen clearly on Slider Layered Navigation, Mega Menu Level 1 & Level 2, Social Login Pro Forms, Checkout pages, and more places.

I have tired cache cleanup, static content removal, cache disabling, various deployment modes, Less/CSS generation, etc. Any suggestions are welcome.
