autosearch not displaying results container anymore

Hello,

We had some trouble after we upgraded our hosting, with new products that where not showing up in the frontend. 

Now after deleting some url rewrites because they where conflicting with new products the searchbox gives an exception:

The only thing we changed was deleting these url rewrites, non settings or anything else changed.
