MAGENTO 2 RESPONSIVE BANNER SLIDER AND OWL CAROUSEL is unavailable after CSS merging.

I installed Amasty's Google Optimizer and merged JS and CSS.

Then, almost all function is moving correctly , 

but just OWL CAROUSEL is broken .

Before the merge of JS and CSS, the carousel was visible, but now nothing is visible.

What should I do ?
