Slider is not working.

Hi, I have used premium package of slider to my magento 2.2.3, but it does not display slider and shows message "We're sorry, an error has occurred while generating this content." instead.

Please help to solve this issue. Any help will be appreciated.

  1. Make sure you are using the latest version of the extension, older versions might not be compatible with latest Magento releases.

  2. Check the error logs under var/logs, try to identify a more specific error that is being generated. That will provide you with a direction to investigate into.

  Same problem after updating to latest 1.9.2 (from 1.8.2) on Magento CE 2.2.4. :(

  Basically the Custom Slider Widget doesn't work and is killing the Products slider too (while this last one alone works fine).
