Owl Carousel should use in stock products

We should be able to limit custom category widget to only show in stock products for Owl product slider.

This way it would be much easier to maintain widgets..

  Starting with release 1.7.5 - October 24, 2018 this improvement was included in OWL carousel. 

  Change log:

  • Added cache lifetime parameter to widget in order to avoid out of stock products showing up in carousel - ! Important: re-add widget to page to receive this fix - it is not enough to update the extension.

  This is a problem for me as well. Have you come up with a work around until this is fixed?

  Hi Paul,

  I've found workaround with native magento. You can do this when you disable display out of stock products in general store config. This affects entire store view.
