"Now Shopping By" section cannot be expanded when clicked on in mobile mode

    We identified the issue, and a fix was released in version 1.8.2 (January 24,  2019). 

    This issue occurred only in the Essential & Startup Package and not in the Professional Package.

    Hi i have no answer to your question but I also have a problem with the layered navigation (drop down version) on mobile, all the filter options lines up in one row and it doesn't look good or is very useful, proabably som bug. It would be awesome to be able to use "drop down"  on desktop and "default" on mobile!

    Not yet. At the moment I just leave it. I am suspecting it has something to do with my version being a startup package and some codes just a little different somewhere. Not suppose to according to them but how else can I explain the difference. 

    I was hoping to get someone from Weltpixel to take a look at this but I would need to have a active support for them to go deeper unfortunately which I don't have. I am still contemplating if it would make sense to upgrade my package and get all the advance plugins or just get a few months support so that they can look at the problem or if someone else that also have the same problem and have active support to get them to find the issue. Have you tried checking with tech support?

    Just tried out the latest 1.8.2 and the problem still exist. Clicking on the "Now Shopping by" section in mobile mode still does not open it. 

    I am on Startup Pack. Has any one with Essential Pack tried this out?

    @Donnie from what I can see you are still using release 1.8.1 from December 2018 and not release 1.8.2 - January 24 that contains the fix. We re-checked functionality for Startup Pack and should be ok with the January release.

    @Support. Interesting. I didn't bother to check the version after the update. In fact the version for all the modules are 1.8.0 and not 1.8.2. I remove all original files from code and design directories before I copied the new files in, so it cannot have been any old files.

    I had downloaded the zip file and unzip it on my server for this installation. The original file does only have 1.8.0 extension. I still l have the zip file.

    In any case, I just downloaded the file again from your website and installed the extension on my test site "pearl.winterroot.com" (this site is a vanilla Magento installation with just sample data). This time round, interestingly, the LayeredNavigation module version is 1.8.2 but everything else is still 1.8.0. Is this suppose to be the case?

    @Donnie with the latest update you should have all modules with version 1.8.2. Try checking the version in the extensions composer.json file. It should say 1.8.2 for all modules.

    @Support. I thought so but this is not the case. I checked the composer.json files in the zip file I just downloaded today, they are all 1.8.0 except the Layer Navigation which is 1.8.2 & SocialLogin is 1.8.1 

    For the zip file I downloaded on 28 Jan, all of them are 1.8.0 including Layered Navigation. SocialLogin is 1.8.1.

    It appears that the zip files I am getting from my downloadable product tab is the problem then. How can I get the correct file?

    Looks like we had a packaging problem. You should be able to download the latest release now.

    Thank you. Yes. The new file works now. Only one minor issue. No sure if it matters. For the SocialLogin extension, the composer.json correctly shows 1.8.2 but the admin page shows a blank.

    @Donnie, there was an extra comma in composer.json file corresponding for M2.0 - M2.2.x files. 

    Just remove the comma (,) from end of line 6 in SocialLogin/composer.json

    @Donnie, hi. Can you check of you are available ti modify production attribute? I receive an error about a variable "isSwatch" not set and i can't edit attribute

    @Support: Removed the comma and now everything is perfect! Thank you.

    @Matteo: Not sure what you mean. If you mean editing any product attribute and saving it, I am able to do that without any issues. I am using Magento CE 2.2.6. Maybe you can be more specific about the steps. Also, it might be easier to raise this ticket with the support separately as this current thread is about the Layered Navigation issue for small screens.
