Unable to edit Google Analytics Enhanced Ecommerce Pro in admin section

Hi there,

Our previous developers installed the above extension a few months ago. We are no longer with with this company and I am unable to access the Google Tag Manager ID that they used. As such, I have been trying to update our website with a new wrapper and new tag ID that is owned by ourselves.

However, when I am trying to change the tag details in the Magento admin, I press "save config"... and the details revert back to the original set of tag IDs. How do I go about ensuring this updates?

Any help would be gratefully received!

Hi Rory,

It's possible that you're hitting the Sign In to Google button before saving the configuration. Try updating the details, saving the config, confirming that the details were updated, and then hitting Sign In to Google. Afterwards, if the configuration is saved, update the Tags, Triggers and Variables.
