LAYERED NAVIGATION-PRODUCTS PROBLEMS WITH PAGINATION

Hi there..i have a problem with the layered nagivation plugin..i have found a strange situation.i try to explain:
-select a category or attribute from layered navigation
-correctly the products in this atrribute are shown
-if i click on page 2 of pagination bar on the second page often there are products that are in the first page with the results that some products can't be displayed an other are displayed twice

  Can you check if this issue replicates with the latest product version? 

  If yes, can you check if it still replicates on a magneto environment without customisations? If this is a bug and we can replicate it we are happy to address it in a next version, but up to this point we do not have similar reports from other users.
