We are not seeing "Transaction" data in Analytics using the EEC plugin

We recently installed WP EEC for Magento 2. We are seeing data as it relates to Add To Cart, Checkout Steps, etc. but we do not see any data for overall "Transactions" in Google Analytics. I've run the installer to get tags, triggers, and variables into GTM from within the plugin. I notice we appear to be missing "Product Purchase" as an event. Any help is appreciated.

  Make sure that you're using the latest version of the extension, which is currently 1.8.3. If you aren't, you can download it under your weltpixel.com account's My Downloadable Products section, and you can follow the steps provided in the documentation to upgrade! 

  Also, assure that all the steps provided in that same documentation, and on the product page here were followed correctly: https://www.weltpixel.com/google-analytics-enhanced-ecommerce-tag-manager-magento-2.html

  There's an FAQ at the bottom of the page which explains why a Purchase Tag isn't necessary for tracking transactions!
