Vertical gallery

Hello, I'm using Pearl (1.10.11) on Magento Community ( 2.4.2-p1 ) and I have extended it to customize the theme based on our needs. I have set product page v1 with the gallery having vertical thumbnail navigation. Doing so the main image stage has inconsistent size on desktop as you can see in the two screenshot: before clicking the main image in order to see it in the fullscreen gallery the arrows are outside the stage, after closing the fullscreen gallery you can see that the arrows are inside the stage. Is it a common bug?
