Schedule Global Promo Messages

Is there a way to schedule two or more global promo messages?  For example I'd like the global promo header to say "thanksgiving sale xxxx" and then on thanksgiving day switch to "black friday sale xxx" 

The global promo message runs off the block "weltpixel_global_promo_message" and it looks like you cannot have two with the same name. So i am trying to find a work around.
