How do we get support for Pearl theme issues?

My developer asks:

We have one blocker with a general setting in WeltPixel theme. Basically, we can’t change anything in the theme (e.g. button colors or fonts are supposed to be able to change from Magento admin) but some settings are set up in the code which means that settings from Magento admin don’t work.

It’s not blocking us from working with Page Builder sections like Banner and Shop By Medium but to proceed with Navigation and other default e-commerce sections we would need to understand how to work with settings further.

  Hi there! 

  Support for technical issues can be requested by opening up a ticket with our Support Team. Taking a quick look over your website, however, it seems the LESS/CSS files are not being properly generated when you save a setting in the Magento Admin.

  This is likely due to the fact that you're running the theme on an environment with multiple Store Views, for which a specific implementation is required to ensure proper regeneration of the LESS/CSS files. This is outlined and explained in this article: How to use the Pearl Theme on multiple Store-Views

  The article also goes over two solutions, one of which you'll need to implement. The recommendation is to use the second solution and create a different Child Theme for each of your Store Views, however, either option should produce the same results. Afterward, run another regeneration of the LESS/CSS files and your settings should apply just fine.
