translation

I have adjusted many of the words in the store to spanish 

using link /var/www/html/magento2/app/design/frontend/Pearl/weltpixel/i18n

However, I want to change wording of "search results" to spanish. When I change the wording of "Search results for: '%1' " the site crashes.

Any ideas please?
