Using the EEC plugin the Product Performance Report shows $0 transactions too - Google Analytics

Hi Team,
We are experiencing a weird issue with the Enhanced E-commerce tracking where we are seeing $0 transactions in the Product Performance Report in GA.
The Product Revenue for purchased items are shown properly, but the report also contains the items that were Added to Cart but not purchased and those items are shown with $0 Product Revenue.

Could you please help me understand why this might be happening?

While installing we already enabled "Exclude orders with 0 value" option.
