Product Labels Extension - Add Stickers Under Short Description

The Product Labels Extension states a feature as being able to "Add Stickers Under Short Description"; however, the guide doesn't say how this can be achieved.

Viewing the source code, I can see the following block:

Is there a block in the Admin Panel that can be used for this?
