Installing GA4 with GTM Support, Already have Universal through GTM

Hello-

A client would like to get GA4 configured through Google Tag Manager alongside their Google Universal Analytics installation. Will installing the "Google Analytics 4 (GA4) With GTM Support Magento 2" extension remove any of the tagging/ triggers/ events in Magento 2 that Universal Analytics relies on? for example, will the addToCart event become add-to-cart thus breaking the functionality of Universal Analytics?

Second: We already have Google Tag Manager installed to the site through Magento's native fields. Do I still need to implement Google Tag Manager via the WeltPixel fields as shown in documentation?  Is there any advantage/ disadvantage to keeping things using the Magento integration?

  Hello, we installed GTM3 and GTM4 in parallel, with different containers. Each of them works.

  But its not working toghether as stated in another post. We had to switch off GTM4 module in order to still get the data. Would like to have an update from weltpixel how we can get this to work.
