Owl sizing not correct

I have an issue on my development site when I first load a page on full screen, my owl brand slider is not sized properly as shown here. https://www.screencast.com/t/fRmnl6Kp7PV

The images should be much larger than this.  When I resize my window to something less than full screen, the image sizes correct themselves.
