How to generate a license key and access the latest version of a WeltPixel product if purchased via the Magento Marketplace

Our product updates will always be available first at our store www.weltpixel.com. The availability of the latest released versions on other marketplaces is conditioned by each marketplace review process and its policy. We would like our updates to reach our clients ASAP but unfortunately, we cannot control how fast each marketplace processes our product submission for review. License keys for our products can only be generated via a weltpixel.com account.

If you purchased our products from the Magento Marketplace you need to generate a license key, so create an account on www.weltpixel.com with the billing address filled in, then send us a request via WeltPixel Support Center mentioning your Order details. Once we verify your purchase details we'll assign the purchased product to your weltpixel.com account in order for you to be able to access the latest product updates and generate your license key. 

Necessary details:

- Order ID.

- purchased product.

- Email for weltpixel.com account (please add also your address details when creating the account)

Because of various 3rd party marketplace reasons (slow review process, not enough review personal on marketplace team, or any other reason) our products may not be always up to date on all marketplaces. 

The user is entitled to receive official updates and product features advertised via each marketplace with respect to that particular marketplace's Terms and Conditions.
