1. Licensed domain.
WeltPixel Products can be installed on up to 5 sub-domains of the licensed domain for testing purposes, including the domain terminations .local | .dev | .development | .staging | .stage . One license will be generated for all installations.
You can install it locally or on a different Magento installation, and use the same license generated for licensed domain.
2. Licensing of local, staging and development environments.
Example: Let's assume the licensed domain is "https://www.yourdomain.com"
You can use the same license key for development / staging domains listed below:
*.yourdomain.com - with any subdomain - test.yourdomain.com, staging.yourdomain.com, development.yourdomain.com, dev.yourdomain.com, etc..
yourdomain.local (with any subdomain)
yourdomain.dev (with any subdomain)
yourdomain.development (with any subdomain)
yourdomain.staging (with any subdomain)
yourdomain.stage (with any subdomain)
yourdomain.test (with any subdomain)
Note: IP addresses replacing domains are not supported, but you could use the last 2 groups of digits to whitelist the IP. Ex for 188.8.131.52, you can whitelist domain 33.44 and extension will work on IP 184.108.40.206.
Note 2: If using multiple servers, you can use DNS records to point different sub-domains of the licensed domain to separate servers.
3. Multi-store / multi-domain licensing.
If used on the same Magento installation, you can use the product with unlimited domains associated for different store-views, you only need to enter the license key for the main domain associated to the Magento admin.
4. Using temporary domains.
a. License the temporary domain. At any moment, you can change your licensed domain and associated key under your weltpixel.com account. If you are using temporary domains from your hosting provider, just enter the temporary domain and get the license for it. You can change this later to the production domain when you go live with your store.
b. Use a sub-domain of your licensed domain, instead of your temporary domain name. You'll need to change the temporary domain this at some point, why not set it up now. You can assign a sub-domain to your development / staging copy instead of using hosting temporary domain. Example: dev.domain.com, staging.domain.com, test.domain.com etc. This way the license will work on all test environments.
5. Licensing under an Agency domain.
a. If you are an agency, you can purchase a separate license for your agency domain, and use the product for your clients' staging environments.
b. If you do not wish to purchase a license for your agency, you can temporarily license the product on an agency domain, and later when the project goes live you can transfer the license to the customer's domain - you can do this easily under your weltpixel.com account.
c. If you do not wish to purchase an additional license for internal agency use, you can license the product for staging/development environments by following the instructions from points 1, 2, 3, and 4 above.
6. Licensing on Magento Cloud.
Starting with product version 1.7.3 (August 23, 2018), Magento Cloud subdomains are accepted as valid. You can now use your production domain license key in Magento cloud integration branches for testing purposes.
If you experience any issues with licensing on Magento cloud make sure to use a product version equal or greater than 1.7.3 (August 23, 2018).
7. Licensing if purchased from Magento Marketplace.

8. Licensing multiple domains on the same Magento Installation.
