No Option seen for GA4 measurement ID input. GA4 extension

Here in the extension, there is no option to input GA4 measurement ID. But the documentation shows their is supposed to have option for GA4 ID. 

Can someone please help?

  Looks like you have the GTM extension installed and not the GA4 extension. Please install the GA4 extension and check again.
