    If you're still facing this issue and haven't yet managed to figure out the cause, please open up a ticket with our technical Support Team. If you're using a custom checkout, or a custom Success Page, these could be causing the extension to send the event twice.

    In any case, a more in-depth investigation into the matter would be required as it's hard to tell what may be causing the problem without a look at the website.

    Please include the following for the Support Team when submitting a ticket:

    • Your order number
    • WeltPixel product version
    • Magento version
    • Steps to replicate the issue you're facing
    • Website access (Magento Admin, frontend)
