issue with one or more with the Weltpixel Models

Hewloo,

 

Im getting poor support from the WeltPixel team.. so hoping someone else can help

 

After installing the full stack WeltPixel extension including Pearl theme Magento 2 does not want to mass update

Task "Update attributes for 1 selected products": 1 item(s) have been scheduled for update.

 

Yes, the cron's are running but there seems to be an issue with one or more with the Weltpixel Models. Spent a month rebuilding the site not realizing this was an issue until I tried to export products or update attributes which now does not work.

  Hey there! When an issue is reported, we always do try our best to reproduce it based on the information we have at hand, and the information that was provided to us in the report! That being said, the initial report we received wasn't enough for us to be able to take the info and reproduce the problem, however, we did end up receiving more information that has helped us do just that. 

  As we had managed to reproduce the issue, a hotfix was released (without a version change) which addressed this behavior. For anyone still experiencing this, the solution is to redownload the Pearl Theme from under your weltpixel.com account's Downloadable Products section and perform a theme upgrade with the freshly downloaded files.
