Cannot scroll on Mobile Device

Hi

A customer has identified an bug when trying to checkout on a mobile device.

After adding products to the shopping cart and proceeding to checkout, logging in with account details and then adding a new address on the pop out window you cannot scroll the popout window. The focus of the scroll is not on the pop out window, so you cannot save the new address.

Is there a fix to make this work??

  Bug identified, will be fixed in the next release, expected November 2018.

   

  Update: this bug is a magento bug present in M2.2.3 replicable on some iPhone devices. Bug can be fixed by updating your magento to a higher version, it is not a theme bug.

  I'm already running M2.2.6 - It does not scroll on my iPhone Xs. Is there some code i can manually change to fix??
