Banner carousel issue on mobile devices

Hi,

Whenever a visitor scrolls on a mobile device, the slider banners revert to desktop sizes. This occurs on mobile devices but not in the dev tools mobile size emulator. Any suggestions would be appreciated

  Is this issue still occurring? We had no similar reports until now. 

  Can you update the extension to latest version and check if this still happens? If yes, just share a screenshot with the admin settings of your Banner and Slider and the steps to replicate the problem (what mobile device is used).
